What better way to mark the First Day of Vacation than a Pool Party? A co-worker had a Pool Party close to my house, so I decided to go... I was even lucky enough to drag my neighbor/friend Michelle (bff... how jr. high..hee hee) with me!!! It was actually a nice way to spend the afternoon! I learned that Alyssa LOVES strawberries! The were awesome! The kids had a great time going in and out of the kiddie pool, taking sand, dirt, and grass with them. I wanted to take Dom in the big pool, but every time I asked he would reply "No thanks, I'm eating my chips" This was not looking promising for swim class!
Later that afternoon we set off to Swim Class... Dom said he was going to have fun! He lied! Day 2 was another fun filled 1/2hour of screaming and crying... at one point he even kicked off his swim teachers shorts! oops... luckily he's not hard on the eyes so I'm sure no one minded! ha ha His buddy Lance didn't cry as much.. but from the look on their faces, you can see they're not digging it! Alyssa had no problem chillin in the water!
